Microsoft Veteran to Lead Big Data, Predictive Analytics Platform Infrastructure for Medio Systems

Seattle, WA. Medio, an established provider of predictive analytics for connected devices, today announced Ewa Dominowska has joined the company as Chief Architect. The appointment reflects the company’s continued growth in large scale, predictive analytics services. She will report to President and Chief Executive Officer, Robert Lilleness.
Prior to joining Medio Systems, Ewa Dominowska, a nine year Microsoft veteran, was a Principle Software Architect for development and analytics for the Microsoft adCenter division. She established the adCenter’s Marketplace team, where she developed analytics data capabilities and a suite of marketplace dashboards and tools. She brings deep technical expertise and breadth of functional knowledge in the areas of large-scale computing, content analysis, information retrieval, and analytics. Ewa holds Masters and Bachelor’s degrees in computer science, electrical engineering, and mathematics from MIT, where her research focused on machine learning and natural language processing. She has authored over 30 patents in the areas of user interaction, machine learning and predictive analytics.
